The rising bell is ringing one more time.
It calls on you to wake from your slumber.
Reminding you to stand up for your rights.
For only then, your rights can keep you safe.

It’s time to rise, walk together, and insist on our rights.
For the sake of our nation, our future and pride,
It’s time to say “No” to bad governance
It’s time to say “No” to backwardness
Say “No”, say “No” to incompetence
The rising bell is calling you; be wise!

The rising bell is calling one more time,
Insisting, we must stand up for the truth,
Emancipate your mind from greed and falsehood
For only then, the truth can set you free

It’s time to tell the truth with courage; defend it with pride.
For the sake of our children, our women and men,
It’s time to say “Yes” to transparency
Say “Yes”, say “Yes” to integrity
Say “Yes”, say “Yes” to accountability
The rising bell is calling; please, be wise

The rising bell is calling on our youths
Begging you: don’t give in to their tricks
At election time, they may want to use your brain
A fool at forty may be a fool for life
Wake up! Don’t let them fool you anymore

Know that the future is now, and we must defend it
For the sake of our nation and of our peace
Let us say “No” to deception and fraud
Oh, say “No” to corruption and greed
Say “Yes”, say “Yes” to progress and peace
