Lyrics
,
I'm hoping someone here can help me because I have now tried every avenue available from Cineworld regarding my Unlimited account and I'm no further forward.
I have been an Unlimited member since 2012 and in recent years I've not touched my account as you always allowed other unlimited members to book on behalf of another, which you have now rescinded (disappointing) but that left me in a predicament.
My Cineworld account was set up under my old email ae89@live.co.uk but over the years I changed my email to that I am sending you on and no longer have access to that account.
I contacted Cineworld asking what I do because I cannot book cinema tickets now, and have already lost out on our preferred seats for Avengers: Doomsday.
The customer service has been appalling, I've been explained the booking process, when I asked to update my email. I was then told they couldn't cancel my account as they needed more notice, I never asked to cancel my account. Now I'm being told I can't update my email, to an email that already has a cineworld account set up on it, yet they told me to create an account.
I have tried going down to my local Cineworld and they couldn't help, there is no phone number to call and I am getting random message after message from quite frankly what seems an ai bot responding without even reading my emails.
I just want my membership attached to the account I set up under this email. It shouldn;t be this difficult. At the moment I'm paying for a membership I can't even book tickets for.
