In Your Timing, Mercy

“In Your Timing, Mercy”
[Verse 1]
I never knew what words to say,
But my heart spoke anyway,
I told you what I feel inside,
Now I leave the rest with God tonight.
You may need some time to know,
And I won’t rush the way you grow,
If this love is meant to be,
Lord, let Your will unfold for Mercy and me.
[Chorus]
Mercy, I’ll place it in God’s hands,
I won’t force what He has planned,
If our hearts are meant to meet,
Let our story be complete.
I’ll pray for you, I’ll wait with grace,
Trusting God through every space,
Whatever tomorrow brings,
I’ll trust the One who knows everything.
[Verse 2]
Maybe love begins so small,
With a simple smile, a quiet call,
Maybe silence has a reason too,
Maybe God is working something new.
I don’t need an answer today,
I just want to walk the right way,
And if someday you feel the same,
We’ll thank the Lord who wrote our names.
[Bridge]
Lord, protect her heart and mine,
Give us wisdom in Your time,
If she’s the one You’ve chosen for me,
Let our love bring You glory.
[Final Chorus]
Mercy, I’ll place it in God’s hands,
I won’t rush what He has planned,
If our hearts are meant to meet,
Let our story be complete.
And if tomorrow brings your smile,
I’ll thank the Lord for every mile,
Until then I’ll simply pray,
“God, lead us in Your way.” ❤️
