shining star

She came for one thing, now she’s choosing a few
Catherine’s got a way of making errands brand new

Catherine, Catherine, cool as can be
Black tank top, moving easy
No complaint, no fuss, just a regular day
Coolest cousin coming through her own way
Catherine, Catherine, that’s her name
But she’s not here to start a manager game
Ooh, ooh, she’s the coolest cousin around
One thing in mind, but the whole shop’s found

She might leave with candles, maybe something for the car
One small stop, but she’s gone not far
No raised voice, no trouble to explain
Just a little shopping, then she’s out again

Candles in the basket, maybe more in the cart
A quick little stop turns into a shopping art
She came for one thing, now she’s choosing a few
Catherine’s got a way of making errands brand new

Catherine, Catherine, cool as can be
Black tank top, moving easy
No complaint, no fuss, just a regular day
Coolest cousin coming through her own way
Catherine, Catherine, that’s her name
But she’s not here to start a manager game
Ooh, ooh, she’s the coolest cousin around
One thing in mind, but the whole shop’s found

No drama, no problem, she’s feeling just right
A quick Naivas visit in the middle of life
Cousin with the cool, got a smile on her face
She came for one thing, left with half the place

Catherine, Catherine, cool as can be
Black tank top, moving easy
No complaint, no fuss, just a regular day
Coolest cousin coming through her own way
Catherine, Catherine, that’s her name
But she’s not here to start a manager game
Ooh, ooh, she’s the coolest cousin around
One thing in mind, but the whole shop’s found

Catherine, coolest cousin around
One thing in mind, whole shop found
