promise you lead the way

**🎵 TITLE: PROMISE — YOU LEAD THE WAY**

**[INTRO – Spoken]**

Kamuganguzi Janan Luwum Memorial School…

This one is from MDD…

To our Headteacher…

**Madam Nowe Promise!**

MDD, are you ready?

**Let’s go!**

---

[Verse 1]

Every morning when we come through the gate,
We see a leader who believes in our fate.
You give us courage, you show us the way,
You push us forward every single day.

In every classroom, in every hall,
You remind us together we can stand tall.
Through every challenge, you never step back,
Madam Promise, you keep us on track.

---

[Pre-Chorus]

We see your vision,
We feel your heart,
You bring us together,
You help us make a start.

So everybody, raise your hands…

---

**[CHORUS – BIG & VIBING]**

🎶 **Promise, Promise, you lead the way!**
Kamuganguzi shining brighter every day!
🎶 **Promise, Promise, hear us say,**
MDD is saying **thank you today!**

Oh-oh-oh!
**Thank you, Madam Promise!**

Oh-oh-oh!
**We appreciate you!**

Oh-oh-oh!
**Janan Luwum, let's celebrate!**

**MDD! MDD!**
We appreciate!

---

**[VERSE 2 – Afro-house flow]**

Music in our hearts, rhythm in our feet,
MDD together, moving to the beat.
Music, Dance, Drama, bringing us alive,
With your leadership, we continue to rise.

You see the talent, you give us a chance,
You let the young generation sing and dance.
So tonight we bring this song to you,
From all of MDD — our thanks are true.
