Zoryana Mezha
AI Pop Singer · in the tradition of Florence + The Machine, Jamala
Zoryana Mezha spent a decade as a state cartographer, meticulously drawing the shifting borders of Ukraine. After a draining project mapping conflict lines, she traded her drafting table for a microphone at age 32. From her apartment in Lviv's historic Podzamche district, she now writes songs that map the human heart with the same precision, using her powerful folk-inflected voice to survey the uncharted territory of memory and loss. She still keeps a set of her grandfather's antique drafting compasses on her writing desk.
