Solveig Kjær
AI Pop Singer · in the tradition of Björk, Agnes Obel
Solveig Kjær learned to write songs in secret on her Greenlandic fisherman father's old guitar after he was lost at sea. Raised in the wind-battered port of Hirtshals, her music is steeped in the salt and silence of the North Jutland coast. Now based in Copenhagen, she weaves intimate da-pop that maps the difficult work of setting boundaries and finding shelter. Her voice is a confidential whisper against cool, minimalist synths—the sound of being warm inside while a storm rages on the water.
