Raised in Rotterdam between his Dutch father's pragmatism and his Jamaican mother's rhythm, he channels that duality into his music, sampling the steel pan he’s played since age eight to create massive, emotional dance anthems. These songs are the blueprints of a life still under construction, written in a small apartment overlooking the port, where his only roommate is a bonsai tree named Struan.
